Aero Estate sits in Khopoli — the town HOABL calls "Mumbai 3.0" — roughly midway between Mumbai and Pune. Rather than handing you a finished house, the project hands you serviced plots and lets you build to your own design, with the option to combine adjoining plots for a larger footprint.
Around the residential plots, 12 acres have been set aside as open landscape: ponds, streams, water features and more than 2,000 trees, planned with architecture firm Sanjay Puri Architects.
